Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Glass Technician with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. As an Auto Glass Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing auto glass while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to company safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Install and replace auto glass for various vehicle models, ensuring a high-quality finish and complete customer satisfaction.
Perform glass repairs and assessments as needed.
Conduct proper handling, cleaning, and disposal of auto glass materials.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
Accurately follow installation guidelines, repair procedures, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer any questions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained.
Safely transport and handle auto glass to and from work sites.
Work collaboratively with other team members and management to meet company objectives.
Essential Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills as technology and techniques evolve.
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and teamwork.
At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong professional demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with both colleagues and clients.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working outside and performing general labor tasks.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Experience with Autel or similar automotive diagnostic tools
AGSC Certified Technician or similar industry certifications.
Willingness to mentor and support junior technicians as the team grows.
