Replacements:

We stand by the work we do, if you experience any wind-noise or leaks, call us and we will get it fixed as soon as possible**. If there is rust, we work closely with body shops in the area that can repair the rust for a seamless and leak proof install.

Repair:

A repair is a preventative fix, not a cosmetic one so the chip may still be visible. If your fixed chip results in a crack, we will apply the cost of the repair to the cost of your brand new windshield within the first 90 days after the repair has been completed. In some circumstances, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger, we are not responsible for this damage.

R&I:

We cannot guarantee the preservation of any glass piece during the removal and installation (R&I) process. In the event of breakage during removal, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with a full replacement.

Warranty Exclusions:

We stand behind the quality of the parts we provide and the expertise of our technicians. However, please note that customer-provided parts are non-warrantied.

In some circumstances, we will do our best to prevent leaks but keep in mind that a leak free windshield cannot be promised if there is damage to the frame or damage/rust on the pinch weld. We will, to the best of our ability, notify you if there are such issues with your vehicle.**

In the unlikely event that damage may occur to the vehicle during the auto glass repair, removal, or installation, West Michigan Auto Glass will cover the cost of repairs through our chosen body shop. If you choose to go outside of our body shop, we will reimburse you the cost that is charged up to the amount that was quoted by our body shop prior to work being done.
